After a little bit of googling I have found out that honey gouramis aren't good with fin nipping tetras. I found that my glowlights sometimes nipped my angels fins. Could this be a problem if I decide to get gouramis of some type? So far I am interested in: -honey gouramis -gold gouramis -blue...

If you have the space to upgrade and buy another tank then you can keep it, but it isn't suitable for your current tank size. I know you will probably miss him if you have to get rid of him, but it will be for the best. As he will quickly out grow his tank.

Common plecos get to be around 30+ cm long and they are large waste producers. You said you tank was only around 100 litres. Are you planning to upgrade in the future because you couldn't keep and adult commom pleco in your tank?

Mine is about 1.5 to 2 years old depending on how old he was when I bought him. And this is a really old thread.
