    Naughty Red Fin Shark!

    Big fish in general-eat little fish if the opportunity arises-=-the red fin though not as bad as the red tail shark ,is aggressive and way to big to be with neons.

    actually i believe it converts amonnia to amonnium -the non-toxic form ---your bio field still uses that as a food source,just as it does ammonia...it slows down the cycle but does not stop it.

    thank you..that may be the way i go.--any other suggestions any1 --especially about the compatability with tiger barbs or the arulius.If I go with rainbows or anything else it will mean setting up a new tank.That is fine ,if I have to do so.Does any1 know about the capmpatability between them...
