Well it says the illuminate up to a 6ft tank, not sure how long they are. Ask the seller, or maybe wolf could tell you.

I was looking at some reflectors the other day and it states it doubles the wattage of lights via reflection. Is this true or is it just a way to get people to buy them?

If the other one is getting distressed i'd separate them, i have no knowledge but its obviously best until you find a perminant solution or find the cause..

When i bought 3 albino corys i notice that two of the three were behaving in the same way you described. This went after i turned the lights off and left them off until the following morning (was about 3:00pm when i turned them off). Give him time he'll be fine,but you should idealy have 3 or more.

I'd say it would be fine. Make sure you hand feed them bloodworms though as the above fish will get all the bloodworm before the frogs. They should have around 3 - 4 worms every day/every other day.

I was wondering if any of you would be so kind as to post some pictures of how you set up your external filter in your tank. I am clueless to how they work, and if it its two pipes, one to suck the water into the filter and one to put it back into the aquarium, dont fish swim into the pipes? Cheers.

Depends on the current at the surface off the tank. Try it and see :).

It looks nice, but imo a mix of large and small rocks would look more natural as well as more aesthetically pleasing.

Cheers Rooster. I'll probably buy the 'waterproof' cold cathode tubes for my tank, as i'd do it DIY but i'm transfering the money to my paypal account (takes 9 days) so i might aswell buy them. I think they are waterproof as he's put them in a protective tube so it makes sense i suppose. Thanks...

Must say you have 3 cracking tanks there sam. Shame about having to cover up part of one of the tanks, but it shows how dedicated to your aquariums you are.

Those lights come with a dimmer, so they dont have to be that bright :). EDIT: Just realised Wolf replied.

Are they on all night, as they seem very bright for the fish at night..
