Hey, I've noticed in the last couple of days that 1 of my Molly fish is always haveing it's head at top of the water. From my research, it could be lack of oxygen? But surely all the fish's would be doing it? My filter is for 100-200L tank and my tank is only 40L, so don't have an air stone...

I don't have any glue or wire in, this is why I thought I would float it untill I get some tomorrow... @vanalisa along has this won't course any issues... Don't want the fish thinking it's food then eating it and getting unwell :/

I must be the worst fish keeper :( I don't have any wire, so thought I would float it until I manage too get some... It didn't float, just falls apart and creates more work :( Mange to remove the bulk of it, but now got all small floating bits, now gotta do a tank change again.

Hey, My Christmas's Moss came today and I'm unsure what too do with it. I have had a browse and some say too float and others say to put it onto ornaments etc with fish wire. Is it best to float it or put onto something?

So, I've done a 75% water change again and it's looking good. I'm going to give it a couple of days and then do water test and post on here incase something is wrong. I also removed the green Algee of plants best I could.

In my 40l tank I have a Aqua-flow 200, this filter is for a 100l-200l tank. Recently I've been doing a lot of water changes to sort out amonia, NO3, NO2 etc that I've mange to get sorted. It was about 4 days ago I did a water change and my tank already looks like unclear water, kind of foggy...

Lights are on from about 10am till 10pm, so 12 hours. Don't use any chemicals for the plants.

If you live in the UK, 1000L tank on a auction site for just over £1,300... You might as well go big :)

I put live plants into my tank a few weeks ago now, however I'm getting some green web stuff going all other the place. Is this normal? Should I remove it or should I leave it?

I'm getting some Japanese Trapdoor Snails when i've got my tank stable. They bread, but apparently not that often.

I didn't use too boil mine when I had apple snails, I just used to put it in tank and they are it... I'm guessing that needs to be done then for Nerites?

I couldn't get it too come off without putting to much force on it, but since I touched it, it's now moved about. Not used to them :/ I've always had apple snails but they are now banned in the UK. Used to love putting cucumber in the tank and watching them eat it.

Quick question for all you snail haters and lovers. I put 2x Zebra Nerite Snails in my tank yesterday, they was both moving around but today only one snail is moving. The 2nd one is has been in same place on glass all day, is it dead?

I put my snails in today and I love them, I used too have apple snails in my goldfish tank but they are now banned in the UK :(
