i have a cow fish hmm im a little worried now. i knew i was risking a little but not this much. i love all my fish and dont want to lose any. dam i might have a hard choice to make keep the cow fish or get rid. i really like it but i cannot afford to lose all my fish i dont think i could...

thats what i plan too next. whilst i was lookinh for my cleaner shrimp i was looking in the only peice of live rock i can see tenticles i think i have 2 baby anemone there very small and kept pulling them back inside a hole and extending them again.

i brought a cleaner shrimp yesterday came home from work to find nothing but an empty shell all the arms are there but the body gone. it looks like the fish have sucked him out but left the legs. ive been told that they can shed there skin but i cannot see him in the tank. :angry:

yes its a cool tank the size is 55cm high by 81 long 36 wide its 240l thats about 65 g uk. my ocean regal tang rules the tank and keeps them all in check. very little fighting. ive just got a cleaner shrimp 5 turbo snails and a clown fish. im not too sure what type it is though it has 1 white...

sorry its not the cow fish i wanted to id it is the blennie not the goby sorry. ive given the cowfish to my partned she loves him loads. but i now know the risks. all links should now be fine.

the live sand did come out of a bag. but had water in it also i have no rock just sand. i have added cycle to it also. what do you mean by seeding the sand. also i have used my 2 fluvel 304.s i added more substrate to it but they was in my fw before and are established as well shouldent this all...

just read the bag and it treats the same l as mt tank whole bag in now ty for help. just hope im not too late . i did add 3 big bags of live sand
