I was thinking about putting my danios in a 10 gallon full time for breeding purposes because my 30 gallon is getting a little bit packed and I want to see some fry survive because i see their eggs get eaten all the time by my other fish. Is that a big enough tank for them?

Some of my bloodfin tetras are losing color and they are in a school of 5 and they love to eat and schaol together and look happy. Anything i could di to get their red color to come back.

Some times my platys hide when the males are picking on them too much you could add more females if you see this happening.

She looks squared off and is very pregnant i think that it could be about a week or so before she drops her fry but it just depends some platys hold their fry for longer than others.Is she hiding alot?

I tried the syphon but they are too small and got spooked easy.

Maybe an endler is that what you are talking about. Also rainbow fish i know that they have blue eyes but they arent live bearers.

Ya they are mean and they all attacked me for the fish in my tanks all because i tried to help you with ideas for your tank. They are not going to make me change anything about my tank setup because i do what i want. But good luck with your 6 gallon.

I have hard water and my danios had babies but it says that they need soft water so dont tell me that they are stressed because only happy fish reproduce.

I am not rehoming them because then they will be given to someone who doesnt know how to take care of fish and also not everything dealing with fish care has to be perfect and fish are not humans there life is not as valuable as ours.

First of all you are wrong about danios they breed in 78 degree water and they like 75 and lower. And i have medium water so it is perfect for all fish. Also you can never realley understand if a fish is truly 100 percent happy.

Albino corys can have 3 but yes i probay should have 4 but they are fine for now. I keep the tank at 76 which is great for all fish and i did have 6 danios and bloodfins but one of each died on transport. I wil end up buying one more danio and bloodfin soon i am just waiting for my local...

I agree that they need space to swim but i think my tank is plenty big for them to swim around. I inly have plants in the tank and they are trimmed back alot.
