    Weeping Willow?

I love it also - it is possibly the best aquascape ever! The tree is three pieces of driftwood tied together....if you're really interested (and for everyone else who loves it) check this out, an interview with the guy who did it with pictures of it's evolution etc. Pinheiro Manso

    Weeping Willow?

The string should just disintegrate and dissapear in its own time if you have used cotton thread.

Driftwood tied together to make the tree shape then moss....awesome Have to admit not exatly what I'm looking for but after googling all night I think it's closest I'm going to get! Although I'm thinking about the string idea...sounds a good plan :)

    Weeping Willow?

Hi guys - I have (as have most people) been inspired by Filipe Oliveira's awesome tree.... and was thinking maybe I could make an attempt at creating my own tree! But I was thinking of a weeping willow tree so would like the moss to grow 'stringy' and downwards....Any suggesstions what moss...

    Fluval Roma 125 - Help

Your guy definately did a great job - looks great. However encourage you both to cut the lid, Is actually really easy with a hacksaw but you do it with a Jigsaw and you'll end up with nice straight lines like the one you got from eBay.

    Fluval Roma 125 - Help

I was using a hacksaw but got a bit too tight so ended up with just a hacksaw blade for those fiddly bits. Didn't quite get the straightness of the lines I wanted! but nothing that will be visibile. So doesn't look quite as tidy as yours but not far off. I also have intake and out take on the...

    Fluval Roma 125 - Help

Have been hacking away this morning and looks more different that I thought - the glass comes so high that no matter what I do the filter pipes would come above the lid, so have had to cut a square in the lid to allow for this. Honestly it's not pretty but seems to work! Will get a picture up...

    Fluval Roma 125 - Help

Hi guys - Just got my Roma 125 and need to connect my Fluval 205 filter to it. The brochure and even other members on here say that it has two rectangles in the canopy to cut out so you can fit the filter pipes...should look like this: but mine doesn't have these cut outs and looks like...

    Another Cycling Question....but A Bit Different :)

Thanks - Makes perfect sense and so obvious when you think about it! Turning off the old filter would be dangerous and could lead to an ammonia spike I guess? So best off moving some media - do you think a just swapping a couple of sponges would do the job then? Thanks

    Another Cycling Question....but A Bit Different :)

So looks like I can move some media over from the old filter. So that helps massively.... Even so how long should a new filter take in a live aqaurium before it is fish ready? Have both running now in the original tank and if only takes a few days then won't need to move the media around...
