Ok try putting salt in the tank . not table salt .. go to ur fish store and get fish salt. follow instuctions. also theres a product to help growth. like steriods for fish Also bring your temp up to about 29c ick cant survive at that temp leave it there for about 2-3 weeks

Hey there Im Scott, I had that issue with my 33 gallon what i did was i put salt in there not regulor table salt. go to your fish store and ask for salt follow directions. also get those dirty pads out and buy new ones or clean them. turn your water temp up to 29 -30 keep it there...
