I love watching them when they'll let me. Some dads are so laid back that you can sit and stare for 20 minutes at a pop :look:

Yep, went back there :fun:

I left my ciggys in the fishroom so I have no choice but to brave the dark a few times :sad:

He is being very laid back with me :thumbs:

I even talked to him and told him to be good and that if he gets hungry to hold on and I'll get him some bloodworms tomorrow :fun:

Now, I'm getting nervous :unsure:

He has a fat belly and less eggs, but I sat and watched him mouth a bunch and spit them back. My biggest worry is that this spawn is due to hatch around 2 AM, so I kinda have to make a decision

Ok, so now I am seriously talking to myself but oh well

So I have been debating taking him out since 8, but I couldn't get him to come out from under the nest for anything, and I was worried if I chased him I would destroy his nest.

Anyway, just went out and he was doing rounds and so I grabbed him real quick. His tank is on the very top shelf and when I stepped on my stool I kinda lost my balance (it's 3 AM

) I was covering the net with my hand and when I went to catch myself from falling he jumped out and fell 6 feet to my concrete floor :hyper:

I got him up pretty quick and in his tank with a handful of salt, but now I am just distraught that I did that, and he is not pleased. He layed down for a few minutes and then got up and is swimming, but he's breathing pretty hard

Just so mad at myself, I should've dropped him in a cup or something and walked him over :sad:
