Do check the underside of leaves especially that java fern. The underside is prime real estate for egg clutches.
I had checked and inspected the leaves, I don't see eggs at the moment. The snails are hidden at the moment. I'll try again tomorrow when they come out.Do check the underside of leaves especially that java fern. The underside is prime real estate for egg clutches.
I got rid of some visible snails today. I simply pick them up and crush them with my fingers, then put in the bin. I'm thinking of a schedule where I fertilise the tank twice a week (sometimes during water changes), and a top-up when water levels are below the blu-tac with dechlorinated water.Take the snails out and get rid of them. They are unwanted pests.
Later. I just don't want the tank to be too overgrown. The fish need room, too.Are you adding more plants besides the Java Fern?
Fill it up with plants and put a backing on it. Wait a week and put the fish in.
Hopefully so.right now they have plenty of room in that tank so add more plants
I wanna see the tank with fish and plants set up before Xmas.
