Anyone familiar with a way to introduce foods to hill steam loaches? They seem happy in the tank and seem to be grazing all day long on algae but I’ve read they need more sources of food. I’ve been trying rapashy for about a week and everyone else seems to love it, however the loaches seem uninterested. They seem to enjoy this long green (algae?) that’s starting to grow and they also seem to enjoy cleaning the leaves of my plants. I’m assuming they’re eating enough but just curious how to introduce other food options.

Blanched cucumbers and spinach are a good choice, plus meaty food such as bloodworms, mosquito larvae, brine shrimp, daphnia, and pellet foods.

They should have a mixed diet.
