If a fish is in obvious poor condition, it would be bad management to refuse a reasonable offer.
I concur. They can be very pretty, and have a lot more personality. (Sometimes....)
I agree especially if its a knowledgeable fish keeper willing to give a good home although it has deformities

Males are pretty by far, but females can be prettier in some cases.
Shouldn’t you have some sort of air pump, just to get the water moving?
I know bettas don’t need an airstone to survive, as they take oxygen from the surface, I’m just asking.

I have a friend that put a clown loach in a 2 gallon tank, then wanted to know what else she could put with it.Someone I knew asked if her male splendens could live together in the same 2 gallon
