Petco herbal parasite remedy safe to corys?

do you have a picture of the box? what are the ingredients?

The answer depends upon how one defines "harmful." Will any and all medications "harm" cories--usually yes; and most all fish for that matter. By "harm" I mean it will likely have detrimental impact to the fish's physiological operations which may be temporary or have consequences. At the very least substances added to the water will cause stress to the fish, which only makes the initial issue worse for the fish. But it does not necessarily mean the fish will be instantly killed, though that is obviously sometimes possible, and this seems to be how most manufacturers define "harm."

That brings us to the issue. What is the problem that you think may need treatment?

I would do nothing but observe. If this is ich, fish that are not stressed can fight it off without any intervention. Always be as certain as you can of the "disease" or problem before adding any concoction to the water; all of them do affect fish to varying degrees and what is not actually needed to deal with "x" is only going to make things worse. Clean water is a great remedy.

It’s a black skirt tetra and a white skirt tetra which are too fast for the camera
