Can anyone distinguish the breed of my fish? -help

Hi, i have been a tropical fish owner for the past 6 months. I currently have in my aquarium platties,mollies and guppies.After saddly losing our white molly we decided to get another molly to keep our remaining black molly company,we went to my local fish store and asked for a molly,the molly we recived looked extremely different from the other mollies available.This molly we got had white eyes,and a Green tint to her blue scales ,she also has white on certain parts of her. Ive never seen a molly like her and to me she looks more like a blue platy.
Thanks in advance for any help as we were hoping to have fry from the mollies ,however we are highly unsure .

I would say your suspicion of it being a platy is correct. And unless its shadowing in the picture the anal fin looks to me like it could be a young male.
