Well it looks like the kids are better behaved this time. Mum put them in their bed and they are staying put, like good little boys and girls

Everything looks good..... The parents are doing the kinda sheep dog thing and herding and controlling the fry. They did not do that on the last batch. They are now pressing their flanks at the swimmers, so I am starting to gain some confidence
...... I think!
I am on a slightly different time frame to the rest of you guys(and it is after midnight here), but am in the mood to keep an eye on them through the night............ how sad is that? OMG! I have finally lost the plot!

That totally sounds like the kind of thing I would do. I do sometimes sit in almost total dark to watch my plec, man-wife thinks I'm bonkers!

Caz, I have had the lights on for 3 days straight, and so it has a covering of algae on it
They are so cute i really hope they all grow up to be as nice looking as there mom and dad
I think they will be stunning fish Nicky. Pure Pigeon Blood strain. A tough one to breed...... happy days
