Do you think the wood is slightly too large???

Here is a link to a video of the fish housed inside

I did indeed was £99.99 including Filter, Heater, Stress Coat, Food and the stand so i couldnt resist seeing as i had a 30litre before and the fish i had in there would have got too big for the tank!!

Do they have the same offer in the store near you??

Thought so :) I work for pets at home bradford- i think half my team now has the same tank :D I have the 48L one with my orandas inside

I can see a couple of issues unfortuantely.

I think you have a Firemouth - these get to about 6". Not sure they are ok in a 70L tank

Looks like you have a common plec - that can grow in excess of 12" - quite ofter 24", so is not suitable for the tank

I am unsure what the albino cichlids you have are, but maybe they are Mbuna of some kind??? It is not recommended to house these with anything except other Mbuna - so your gourami and Firemouth could quickly become targets.

I have taken the albino malawi out, as the pet store didn't explain to me that I couldn't house them with any other fish due to there aggression. I plan to rehouse the fish in a larger tank when there all slightly bigger probably to a 150litre or more. At the moment I have 2corydoras, Common Pleco, Golden Nugget Pleco, Firemouth Cichlid, Black Red Tailed Shark, 2paradise fish and a yellow Gourami, they all seem fine at the moment had them in the tank together for a couple weeks now. Will definatly be buying a larger fishtank when the pleco is larger.
