ok i just realized that i think you
guys think that i am just viewing the scape from
front, left and right
the tank is going to be viewed from front and back
(my bad-i did bad wording on my explination)

the tank is going into a wall that splits 2 rooms

ive thought of a moss carpet but im worried it will catch to much waste-
i want to keep some discus
my locale pet store has dwarf hair grass, so maybe ill try that
they also have
micro sword-any hope with this?

oh right, an island scape like llj would best, you can still do a triangular composition but the slope would have to go down both the front and back, as well as stretching out to the side.
micro-sword is another good option.

ok , so how would i place my swords in the island scape
and the driftwood

take a look here, most of those scapes could be used to view from both sides,

http://www.thegreenmachineaquatics.com//mall/infopageviewer.cfm/Aquatics/TGMAquascapes

the echindorous would have to go in the centre, then have pieces of wood protruding from all sides.

alright, i think i figured something out
im going to do an island scape(thanks lljdma06)
the wisteria will be the center
the driftwood will stick out from it
the swords will be around the wisteria and driftwood,
with the patch of rotalaall together this tim growing out of an opening in the driftwood

the crypts will be farther out
then i want to get a few rocks kind of like georges scape,
and try some micro sword

Sounds like a plan. I wish I had a tank large enough to do that with. My 36g is closest, but it is a bowfront, which is notoriously difficult to scape.

I answered your PM. A question for you. Do you want me to move this to the journal section? I would leave a link so you can still find it here.

The pennywort should be fine there. Depending on your lighting, the verticillata should stay short once I get it to you. By all means, though try the pennywort first. If you can get to grow horizontal, then that is a good thing to know about that plant.

You haven't made a mistake, sometimes a scape doesn't manifest right away. I'd clean up and get a fresh perspective tomorrow. As to the final result, to view a tank from the front and the back, I'd concentrate the tallest plants toward the middle of the tank and the shorter plants on the front and back edges. The hardscape should also fall on that line as well. It is a tricky scape, you might not get it the way you want it on the first try.
