I know big list, but if you lived in Atlanta this is where you'd want to buy your fish and corals. They go straight to diver's overseas and nothing is local like all the fish stores around here. It's just awesome here's two pictures for you guys and one of them is mainly for skifletch.

Here's the one for Skifletch

A Green Peacock Mantis Shrimp. He hits hard and we've fed him a few live damsels that were struggling for life. and he knocks em out. it's incredible.

I saw a white lime wrasse at my LFS the other day. Lime wrasses are meant to be lime green in colour but this thing is white with a few pale green lines and markings on its face.
They also had a blue line fairy wrasse that was pretty cool.

Nice mantis :)

Did you ever get yours? We're getting fish from all over the world and going straight to the divers to get the fish/inverts. So we can get whatever we want really. I'll have to see if he could ship you a mantis. I'm sure he could get what you wanted. If you're interested.

I never did get one. Were it the correct species I might be interested ;)

I'll have to talk to him about shipping something to you tomorrow. Tell me the species and I'll ask him tomorrow.

or try to go to justrarefish.com and call the guy and see if he can get you a certain kind of mantis. I don't know if he'll do that though. Just a thought.

shops don't normally order in mantis shrimp. They come in with the boxes of live rock. On rare occassions I have seen giant mantis shrimp that were ordered in specifically. The biggest one I saw was about 12 inches long and when it stood up in the tank it actually looked a lot like a praying mantis. It saw everything and watched everyone in the room. It was really freaky.

Well these guys will try to get whatever you want. And this one was purposely ordered specifically for one person.

Gonadactylus Smithii, or Neogonadactylus Wennerae

I'll see what I can do Ski.
