First and third look like a Nymphae species so Id say yes

The second is called Aqua Fern but is definately not Aquatic strangely as it is named that. It is often sold as Aquatic but dies, rots and pollutes.

I don’t think they are aquatic, if they were Nymphae (lotus/lilly) the leaves would be floppy out of the water, I take it they don’t have a bulb in which case they are definitely not nymphae.
The tall variegated plants and the small grass like plant in your nice hex tank are not true aquatics either, they are often sold as aquatics unfortunately.

I hope you didn't get those from the toilet ;)

if the lotus has been grown out of water or has produced leaves out of water then I guess the stems may support the weight of the leaf?

well everyone my planted is no longer planted. I now have more of a reason to hate petco.

Petco is really bad about selling the plants that aren't really aquarium plants. I have more luck getting plants from people online at the forums and from a couple of little LFS that actually know the plants. What size is your tank?
