She is a normal molly and my males are sailfin.
She could be pregnant.

no just one of the males and swap it for a female or get your money back for him, this should settle the other male down too, especially if theres another female making a total of 1 male 3 females

could be that the other female is already pregnant and the black one isnt so they are only bothered about mating with her, do you have a spare tank you could possibly house her in to give her a break?
yes but it is for raising fry and now i have lots of guppy and some platy fry in there

do you have a breeder trap? maybe consider getting more plants and hiding places as well as swapping on of the males?
