Ive posted a reply in the other thread.

Basically,

Cons: expensive, too small, bad for fish health IMO.

Pros: Looks nice.

Still too small. Biorbs are just goldfish bowls and dont give enough in the way of air exchange.
You need a rectangular tank for goldfish with LOTS of filtration and plenty of swimming room.
For your two fish you are looking at 20 gallons minimum with a fluval 3+

ok, thanks for that.

I got your other post chilled, just thought I'd get better coverage on a new post.

I've found a nice rectange job, so hope its availble tomorrow and i'll go get it.

90cm*30cm. good condition, comes with,pump, thermostat,gravel and plants. 80quid

Yeah thats nearly the same one as mine i think. price is abit high, try and knock him down to £65- £70 :hey: or shop around abit

I got the 90CM 37CM, in the same store the 90/30 was £30.99 admitedly no plants of filters ect. but airpump £10, filter/pump £15 ect

That ones still only about 20 Gal (30 gal the recomended for 3 goldfish) so its on the limit. Then again you could relocate them to a mates pond or dsomething in years time if they really get that big

what store did you get the tank from. sounds very cheap, I can't find anything like that even on the net :)

Give me a while coz i cant remember, im trying to find a reciet or find it on the web, it looked like a pet chain store so there could be one near you.

While im looking ive found this place online

http://www.onlineaquariumstore.com/acatalo...uarium_137.html

the tank i got for £37 is only £15 more here inc delivery (36 x 15 x 12 Clearseal All Glass) which is 26 Gallon which should do, but upto 7 day delivery which wont be great for your fish.

Still looking for that store i use

I would go to afew large pet supply places and look tho coz the tanks shouldnt cost much (most online places do fancy shaped tanks with beechwood this and that which is why there expencive, just a standard rectangular one for a store is normally cheaper that you'd think, and as i said £25 covers the filter and airpump and afew pound for the gravel and few stones. ect.

No luck finding the name of the place but ive been looking at the picture of the rectangular tank you posted at the beggining of this thread, if that is 90cm long then theres no way its only 30cm tall, the guy may have measured the length and how far back it goes which would be 30cm. coz it looks 37cm tall which would make it the same as my tank, 100 litres and about 27 Gall. making it perfect.

If you can knock him to below 70 quid id say thats the one to go for. Parly because it would be the quickest and least effort.

 oh my god, whatever you do dont put it on stand like that person has.. with the edges over the edge.. they are going to end up with a very wet house one day.
