sorry i didnt mean to post it twice, that krib got me all flustered, any way i have taken him back lfs (after i dismantled tank to catch the bloody thing :shout:) who specialise in chichlids they said to leave the female as she has no problem with other fish at moment and go back and get a male...

after a lot of research i decided to get 2 kribs for my tank m+f they seemed to be fine yesterday, checked in my tank this morning and my 3 corys have gone in to hiding 1 has half a tail and a couple of other fish are missing chunks out thier tails, im sure its the make krib and im not sure...

i have 96l tank with 2 micky mouse plattie & 2 sunset platty amongst other fish, trouble is the bigger of the 2 mm plattie (dont know if its male or female) has now started bullying chasing my ss platie so they seem to be spending a lot of time in hiding, i only have have another 10g tank which...

can any body help over the last week or so my little plattie has changed shape looks like he sort of got a hump but looks like he gone arch shaped, he head looks a little distorted to almost caved in, it is still swimming around happily and eating but some thing is not right Any ideas any one

you should probably find out whats wrong before you start adding anything! if it is tb then salt isnt gonna do much. and u dont kno what plecs are in there so adding salt could do more harm than good. Corrina - post the pic in the emergency section, mite get more help there. Thanks all...

Any body have any idea as why my sunset platty has changed shape he seems to have taken on a hump back almost arch shapeed, its still eat and swimming around fine, been like it for a week now, also noticed of my danios has gone arch shaped but he dont look to clever resting on the bottom...
