Ok, why not try a planted Amazon tank, they look Amazing when they are finished and your centrepiece could be Mr.Zebra with some Angels etc.....

Yeah that sounds nice I might do something like that, I have so many plans for fish lol, including a Cichlid tank!!!

I had one for a few years and I found that he wasn't bothered with vegetable matter but loved meaty foods esp brine shrimps soaked in spirulina and bloodworm

Woaw , id be nervous spending 50 squid on a fish. they look nice though, just hope they are hardy and not fussy.

Believe me mate it is well worth it, I have found as you become more experienced and understanding with fish you grow in confidence and you feel able to keep the more challenging ones.

Since I live in the US would it be wise to buy a Zebra from the UK and have it shipped here. IM very interested in the plecos.

Unfortunatly Trimar do not ship any where other than England and certain parts of the British Isle, I am sure you could find a good place in the US to get hold of some interesting Plecos, maybe someone living in the US good advise you.
