definately up the cories to at least 6, they will be so much happier


slightly smaller heavily planted tank here ad 60l/15gal

3 Betta Falx, 9 Trilii Cory, 13 Pygmy Cory & a Bulldog Plec
 
looks like im going to need an algae eater soon too. crap. lol. they arent much fun.
 
If you really have a julii, then you are extremely lucky as most julii cories are often confused with trilineatus cories. trili cories are the more common of the two and most likely what you get from the LFS. The easiest way I can describe the difference is that julii actually have spots, trilineatus has a connected maze design. The pic you posted I believe is a bronze cory. I think they are the ones that have 3 different colors (albino, bronze and.... orange? i think...) but are all the same species. What are the dimensions of the tank's floor? If you already have two different species, you may have enough space for 4 and 4 or 5 and 5. It's probably best if you post in the corycat section also, they know a lot and are usually accurate and agree with each other :)

yeah i think it is a trili. i did not know there was a cory cat section. thanks.
 
Here's a shot of the longfin black skirted tetras. They're still recovering from fin rot (thanks, LFS) but looking very good and seem quite happy.
