i been thinking about getting a few for a while now ,i was going to get a new tank and put some in there but money is tight at the moment and i really havent got the space unfortunatley,

anyway my mate has got his 4 ft tank now so ive given him my gupppies , platies and my tetras due to i whant to get the yellow labs. ( would yellow labs be ok with black phatom tetras and congo tetras ?

also would they be fine in my tank with my black sharks and clown loach and my cory ?

Well for the tetras u cant have them with the yellow lab because they are agressive. You may have them with the clown loach but it may be at a risk. For more information check this website:

The yellow labs (labidochromis caeruleus) should be fine with your clowns loaches, but that's about it I'm afraid. Once they reach sexual maturity (around 3 inches) they will most likely kill your tetras, shark and cory. While the tetras and shark are considered semi-aggressive, that's only by community standards.

It's more likely you've been lucky, all individuals are different and you may occasionally get a docile one. You might also have a female, they are very difficult to sex without venting them, and females tend to be less aggressive. Now, if you had a group of 5 or in a community tank for 12 months or more without deaths, I'd be impressed.

Oh, btw, there's really no need to use all caps, as I believe you've been told before, it's the equivalent of shouting on most forums.
