Yellow Barb

My yellow barb is having trouble swimming right. He will start leaning to his side until he fixes himself back upright. He does this constantly. I dont think it is a bladder problem because he isnt swimming at the top of the aquarium. Any suggestions what to do or what the disease/problem is?

All the other fish are fine and i also have other yallow barbs which are fine.

It looks like he is dying but he has been like this for the last week or so.

What are your water readings?? Most barbs dont do so well inwater with high Nitrite/ Nitrate / Amonia levels. Has he been feeding ok? Any aggression with other fish. I wouldn't put him in the "dying" phase yet. He might just be reacting to his enviroment.

his enviornment is fine.

no unusual behavior patterns. he usually hides out in the corners with his buddy mingled in the plants

it seems to be this isolated fish, i have another yellow barb in the tank who is healthy as can be.

i think its some kind of nervous system disease, since he is constantly twitching.

i just hope hes not in pain...

he eats normal and does everything normal except for this twitching.

could it maybe have something to do with a bladder, or maybe another organ?
