I went into walmart and petsmart today armed with 25$. It is a blast. I went and checked out the bettas and noticed two doubletails, they had a doubletail plakat for sale as a female for 1.89$. And the other dt there was a little girl. So, now i have a dt pair, most likely from the same spawn. Then, i went to petsmart and got a ct male that has a bump on his head like a parrot fish, and a little vt girl, peach colored girl. I also picked up a 2.5 gal. glass tank and my grandma was like why dont you just get one of those little divider tanks for 4$ and im likeoh boy

that's wonderful. the best thing i've found in my lfs is a black orchid ct male

I like Walmart. I've seen two Dts there so far, one is in my sorority that I got and the other one was dead at Walmart... just wish they'd get some non VT males!

Yeh...The one vt male i actually wanted was in one of those stupid vases and they want 21.53 for the dumb betta and the vase, i was gonna ask them to fish him out for me. I was gonna do it myself but, there was an employee walking back and forth
