Just had my annual "wellness visit" with my doctor. Other than the usual dings and dents of an aging body, everything seems more or less in order. The doctor's parting words: "You're probably ok buying green bananas."

Had to think about that one for a minute.

Glad you're not dying or anything Badger:rofl: :)

Badgers go to vets not doctors... Or did you turn into a human and you needed to get checked?

Where do juice boxes go for medical care?

Thank you for sharing.
My PCP said: bananas go both ways. Good for constipation & diarrhea.
Seriously he said this seriously. Man has no sense of humor whatsoever

I had hot chocolate for breakfast with brown sugar and oatmeal, with coconut flakes that had sugar on it and then later on had 2 snickerdoodles (cinnamon and sugar cookies for those who dont know what those are) and I pooped REALLY good at the end of the day... I learned one thing that day, never have like 3 bowls full of sugar before lunch and with no fruits or veggies... Unless you yourself want to be on the bowl for 45 minutes to an hour... But I tell you what, that worked better than prunes... Just hurt a lot more 😂
more plant matter in your diet, and more exercise will help you poop more regularly.

That's more likely to make you a type 2 diabetic than poop more. It was probably the amount of food you ate, which pushes the chime (partially digested food in your intestine) along your intestine and out your butt.
