Any chance you could ask them to order you some or keep some back?

My LFS has pandas and they are TINY!

I have some photos of my original 4, but when I tried to add some, the LFS only had sick looking ones. The ones they had today were really healthy looking. The activity level on the bottom of my tank is BOOMING! I love it!! Hopefully now, with more mens than ladies, maybe I can get some cory babies.

Next step is to get some of those neat black corydoras that i found on Aquabid :p

Congrats on your new additions :good:

Heres to more new additions of wee babes :hey:
I've been doing loads of research, and have a tank in cycle that I will use for breeding purposes :p I can't wait to see. Although I do not know if they are old enough....I heard that they wont spawn until at least 2 yrs old.

The albinos are lovely, very active and not shy at all. Wish you luck with breeding them, I am sure it will be a great experience raising the little wigglers.

I didn't think you have to wait 2 years for them to spawn. They should be less than a year old I thought, although when I got mine they even looked younger than that and have grown a lot, but spawned soon after I got them.

I was just wondering, do your albino corydoras normally shoal together? I initally had 4 albinos, but they go all over the place on their own. Then I got 2 more this Sunday, as I couldn't resist the last 2 in the shop and still the same. They are super active, but definately not shoaling together.

Corys can start breeding has young has 9 months old, dependant on the species,my albinos were around 6 months old when i got them and tiny and bred around 5 months later after growing out nicely :)

Some pics of my shoal :)
