Just thought I would tell you!

I'VE FOUND 3 FRY! AND IT LOOKS LIKE THERE'S MORE TO COME! I hope they don't get eaten!

It feels great! I don't know why!

Will they manage to get food (I feed my tank v.small flakes anyway).

How many would on average survive? Out of say 10?

Yay! It feels great because it's new and exciting.

They should. Do you have any live plants? That will greatly help them, because they can nibble off the organisms on those. I've raised fry basically on just that, because I had to go out of town and just had someone in twice a day. They turned out very healthy. Not something I'd especially recommend, but it will help with their feeding. Just make sure to crush the flakes up small enough for them. They have teensy wittle mouths.

10 out of 10 should survive if you seperate them and take good care of them. If you're leaving them with the adults...it's hard to say. Some Guppies won't touch fry, some will devour them. I'd say 4-8? But it's really hard to say.

I just hope that some of them survive! Only 1 of my Guppies has taken interest in them so far!

Okay, then that will serve a double purpose. Hiding and food. Hopefully the fry can figure out how to stay away from her. And the CAE.

By the way, I love your new addition to your signature. It's a bit over the limit if you check the signature guidelines though, so maybe if you put the names next to each other instead of on a seperate line it'd work? Sorry to be nitpicky.

There just starting to very slowly venture out and explore the tank from their hiding place by their mum!

Their sooo much cuter than expected! And i've still got two more prenant guppies so i'm hoping I should defo be able to help some survive!

Hehe, that's so cute. And yeah, they are cutie pies.

They grow fairly quickly, especially in the first few months. They'll grow especially well if you alternate in some high-protein foods. But they'll also be getting that from the plants. You'd be surprised how big they get, fast.
