Xenentodon Cancila

Hello, I was curious about the species Xenentodon cancila.
What would the minimum tank size be and would I be able to raise it in a 30 gallon? (I'd get it from LiveAquaria, and they are about 3-4" long when you get them. Could I keep it in the 30 until it's about 7" then move it into a bigger tank, or would it get stunted?)

they should go straight into big tanks around 5x2x2+
they are very skittish and have fragile jaws,if they hit the glass hard the jaw snaps
they can also be hard to get on dead food
