Would This Be Possible?

If set my heater on my goldfish tank to 21deg, would i be able to put a few bn's in it to grow them out a bit?

The BN's i will be putting in it are (-------------) big

21 is a tad too cool really, if you could up it by another degree or 2 they would be ok
