would this be possible in a 50 us gallon tank??

1.) Tiger Barb ( 8 )
2.) Red Finned Black Shark (1)
3.) Blue Ram (1)
4.)Ottos (5)
5.)Silver Dollar (3)

That may be ok, but you always have to watch for the tiger barbs they are very fast schooling fish that like to chop long tailed fish.

Looks OK for now but the silver dollarsv are going to get big enough to take up the whole tank!
Agreed and a lot of fish shops will sell jumbo silver dollars as the standard silver dollars too, they will grow pretty big.

Your tiger bars will stop you getting anything with fins tho mate, ive got 1 left (had 8 now they have all been eaten by larger fish) and he even nips at my stingrays.

No.

1.) Tiger Barb ( 8 )

I wouldn't put tigers with rams or any other fishes that have long fins.

2.) Red Finned Black Shark (1)

Shark  Definatitely not shark - but that name sells better. Labeo bicolor or Epalzeorhynchos bicolor needs flowing, rich in oxygen water.

3.) Blue Ram (1)
4.)Ottos (5)

Can't be in same tank. Ottos live on cooler water than Microgeophagus ramirezi (if blue ram is that fish??) Some kind of compromise would be 25 °C, but I wouldn't still mix these together.

5.)Silver Dollar (3)

Too small tank for them. It's very often confused with M. hypsauchen.

You didn't tell anything about your tank: Plants, decoration and water values (pH, GH, temp...)

 the silver dollars would get to large, and the red fin shark would be competition for the otto's if you ever need to supplement their diet with algae wafers or other sinking foods.

ok so i am not going to get the solver dollars, WHAT IS THE BEST AGLAGE EATER FOR MY 50 GALLON??? and some other fish

Tiger Barbs can be aggressive especially when kept in a small group (under 6). Introducing a RTBS really puts them in their place. In my 28 gallon, the barbs get chased all over the place, but strangely he totally ignores the harlequins!
