im gettin a 50 gal or 46 gal bf. so how this stock 2 oscars, 2 firemouths, 2 convicts and 2 golden rams.

Firstly, the Golden Rams would eventually be eaten by the fully grown Oscar, secondly Oscars should have I BELIEVE 75 gallon minimum tanks to themselves or with a plec MAYBE, and thirdly the aggression of the fish would be to high especially if the convicts began to breed.

So In short, yes it would be massively overstocked, in my opinion :good:

only a beginner would put those in a tank together. that is way too many fish for a fifty five gallon for sure thats too many for a seventy five gallon tank.

MASSIVELY overstocked. Check the potential size on all of those fish. a 55g? Maybe double that.

Would help to know the dimensions of the tank, but I agree with the rest, the tank is overstocked.

Depends on the dimensions but, IMO 1 oscar 2 convicts and 2 firemouths would be ok

Edit: in a 120g that is

Earlier you posted these all as begginer fish?Surely you would know something about them as to if you could keep them  .As others have said it depends on the sexes (if the firemouths, convicts or oscars breed all hell would break loose) and if the oscar decides that he doesn't want to eat the gold rams for a snack then it will be ok, however my oscar has a go at eating anything that will fit in his mouth.
But its also massively overstock, for a pair of oscars 125 gal is reccomended. For a pair of cons 20gal is reccomended as a minimun(I think this is completely rubbish though as my male reached 7 inches), firemouths requrie roughly the same.Golden rams would breed happily in a 15-20 gal?

hopw abou a 120 gal
Yes, if none of them bred and you supplied good filtration regular water changes, plus sufficient hiding for the rams, still not sure a ram could live with either a oscar or a convict. That will set you back say atleast edit  -£300.00, unless you get a complete bargain.

well im not getting the rams

deminsions are 48x18x30 inches

See you didn't read my post, anyway. If you got a tank with a width of 30 inches that would be fine bearing in mind all the other stuff I said  Just googled and its come up with 112 gal btw :good:
