Watching fish.
I feed my Goldfish flakes daily and some bloodworms every week. I was wondering if it would hurt them to give them Betta pellets, as my Goldfish pellets are too big for their mouths. I used to have a Betta, so I still have the food. (Which is still good). Last night, we managed to cut some pellets in half, so we fed them some of those.

you should be able to find some golfish pellet that can fit in ther mounth
and i dont see what woutd be wrong with it

Well, I did some research and it almost acts like Bloodworms, feed them too much and they get constipated
So, it is OK, just don't do it daily.

you really need to get that shbubkin a bigger tank or put it in a pond thats to big for a 30l tank onit own let alone when you have to commets in with it

all your fish are pond fish sorry thats were they belong in a 30L you could keep some wcmms

the second someone brings it up you always stop posting on that topic why dont you just listen to what people are saying and get a bigger tank/pond or give them away

So to the question about food. A goldfish is largely a vegetarian and will really appreciate greens in its diet. A well formulated goldfish food is rich in plant matter. A Betta splendens is an insectivore in the wild that may sometimes include a small amount of plant matter in its diet. Although they can each eat the other one's food, it is not the best food for them. If you use the betta pellets as a rare treat it won't hurt the goldfish but it should not be used as a major part of their diet.

I agree with oldman47. Goldfish eat alot of veg. Well mine did like peas, broc, cabbage, sproats, spinach. They wasn't keen on algae tablets.
Don't over feed bloodworms it makes them bloat up. I also fed frozen brime strimp and daphnia.
I just fed the flakes once aday.

You need to get a bigger tank.
They will end up dying of ammonia and nitrite poisoning.
I wouldn't feed to much in that tank size either.
