i have a 10 day old marine set up everything seems to be going fine. but i have now started to have algae starting to produce on the surface of the substrate. would it be advisable to put in one or two cleaner crew in there. i have two clowns in at min and my ammonia is 0.25. nitrate 0.1 ph 8.1. s.s 1.023.

IMO I would wait until your NitrIte level is at Nil as well, as althought not as toxic as Ammonia, it is still harmfull

And also make sure to add something right when the nitrates go down {unless u have LR already} otherwise the tank will uncycle because all the nitrosomas and nitrobacters wont have anything to eat and will die.
