Would I Be Able To Keep Ghost Shrimp?

I will be stocking my newly cycled 240L planted tank very soon (been very busy, havn't had the chance to yet) I'm planning on geting 20 shoaling fish (10 of one species 10 of the other) I've not yet decided what species though. and 4 bolivian rams (1 male 3 females) I think some shrimp would be a nice addtition, but I'm worried about the bolivian rams eating them. Any recommendations for the shoaling fish? and would you suggest any more fish that are compatable with my current stocking plans? or is that enough.

Some of the larger species of shrimp should be fine, Amano, Bamboo etc. Large enough ghost shrimp should be be alright, I would think.
