A bow-fronted 60l is far too small for Angelfish, they need a deep tank (>45cm of actual water, excluding substrate and air).
To be honest, I would not be comfortable keeping Rams in there either, becase the Rams will do better with some "ditherfish" and a 60cm long tank does not give the dithers much space to escape from the Rams once there are protecting fry. It might work for some Laetacara and a hareem of Beckford Pencilfish (again, having seen my alpha male N. beckfordi chase the submissive male in their group of 6 in my 620T, I would not want 2 males in a small tank... The whole group is doing much better in my 48x122x15 for the last two weeks).
Everyone has different budgets and space for tanks, but being a "say what you meean and mean what you say" kind of person, I cannot help but feel you have rushed this second tank purchase without having a good think about what fish you want and what the requirements are of said fish.
