WOO YAH! FOUND ENDLERS!!!

Yah i just figured that this would be the place to gush about how happy i am that i spotted endlers at petsmart! i was like omg i HAVE to have them, there was only 4 left. They are so cute and small, bout half the size of guppies, all with bright colours so i'm assuming they are boyz. They were like $7.50 each!! i'm so bad, but ah well! we're all obsessed! haha bye ~dEx

do you know how to sex livebearers? female livebearers (maybe not guppys though) are ussualy just as colorful as the males.

female endlers are a grey color only, males have the color. The only place i found true femals was trough the internet. Now...do you know if the males you got are pure?

I found some endlers at my petsmart too! They were only $2.49 down here in the States. Even with the conversion to canadian its still more expensive for yours! I think they only sell male endlers in stores. They probably don't want any competition.

I am not sure if endlers are an independent species or a type of guppy. I have read differing opinions online. Some say that they can interbreed with guppies but I have also heard that the offspring would be infertile like mules. I am tempted to find out for myself but I am doing guppy breeding now and don't have room for more tanks... well actually its more like I don't have a girlfriend willing to have more tanks!

can anyone post pics of their endlers. i had these unusual guppies at one time and they bred too much so i gave them all away to the lfs, now i'm afraid they were endlers
