Woke up to 6 dead fish

Hi guys, I posted in Chit Chat that my livebearer tank looks like the fish have sticky fins, like they are just bodies with fins laying flat, like they are stuck to them. Well This morning, there are 6 fish dead. My water params are still normal, but I did a 40% water change anyway. Does anyone have any ideas about this?!

Can you give us the actual readings?

In the last few days has anything changed? added anything to the tank, fish, plants or decor, or any chemicals or additives?

I have an old school test kit that goes by colors, so I can't give actual numbers, but I test bi-weekly and they are the same as always. I did add six hatchets last week and they all died within tree days. I posted about them also, and the general consensus was that they are fragile and probably died from stress. I'm most concerned about the sticky fins, I wish I could send a picture, but I can't.

This may help. Good Luck with it. Other causes of this that i have seen are PH crashes and lack of oxygen. I have also used salt to combat this in a tank of swords and mollies, but i caught it fairly early, but might be worth a try

Thank you so much, I found it under clamped fins, especially in livebearers. It said it's parasites, so I'll get on it. I love this forum, who knows how many fish I would've lost without your help. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!
