Will They School?

If I picked up 3 sterbai and 3 panda Corys would they school?

Or, do I need 6+ of the same species?

They'll probably school some, but would be happier in a group of six or more of the same species.

I found my panda corys always went their own way and didnt school much at all!

6+ or ideally 10+ of the same species will be better for them. Curious combo, Corydoras sterbai and panda, I'd have the former in a tropical to high end tropical tank and the latter in a sub-tropical tank that hits 24C for just a couple of months in mid summer.
