Well the rosy barbs are no good with the skirt tetra's fin nippers the barbs, not to sure about the gouramis either.

See the gouramis could nip at the tetra flowing fins as well.

Forget the gouramis, as the skirt tetra's are a nice fish to look at, then go for a shoal of something else, like harlequins, congo tetra, or diamond tetra.
