Will Normal Kuhlis And Black Kuhli Loaches Interact?

We are trying to get 3 more kuhlis for our 10 gallon. However, the local shop only has the black kuhli loaches. Will these two species/varieties interact?

Do you know what species the "normal" kuhlis are? Most of the pangio speices are collectively referred to as kuhlis. You maybe able to ID them HERE if you don't know off hand.

I have black banded and panda and now they're in a different tank they all hang out. When they were in the big tank they barely did at all but now it's under treatment they've been moved to a smaller tank and they all sit together. x
