last night i saw my female kribensis bend her body and display in front of the male what does this mean they are a pair and will spawn or what?

She is displaying to the male but it doesnt necessarily mean they will spawn - depends if they have paired up and if the male is interested! If he is you should see him occasionally shimmy back at her and they will go around the tank everywhere together. Even if they do spawn it may not result in fry - they are prone to eating their eggs. if they are a young pair and do spawn they will probably do so unsucessfully quite a few times before they get it right - if ever!

thanx they are not alone in the tank there are neon tetras in with them is that a problem or not?

No they wont be a problem. If the female lays eggs both she and the male will guard them and any fry that hatch fiercely.

Actually, it will be a problem. The neon tetra's will be killed and eaten. I 've had kribs( not spawning either) hunt down and kill large danio's. The neons wont stand a chance

Hmmmm not in my experience - I have 3 kribs 2 x males and a female in a community tank along with 2 x neon tetras and 10 x cardinal tetras and they all get along fine.

Then you have a special occasion. There is a reason that when people recommend tetra's and the like for kribs, they suggest something the size of a lemon tetra. It minimizes the chance of being killed and eaten. Cardinal tetra's, once full grown should be a problem with kribs. But neons are just to small.
