will fish crossbreed

I am almost sure that is what they are doing that guppy is doing the same thing that the male molly is doing and i winded up with 24 molly babies i sure dont want a cross breed should i take them out away from each other?

Guppies and mollies are too genetically different to naturally have a successful crossbreed. Crossbreeds have occured by extracting sperm and injecting it into females but the young are sterile and are unlikely to live long.
