Will dwarf frogs eat very small snails?

Has anyone had experience with their dwarf frog eating their snails? My baby nerites (size of my pinkie finger) are missing and my dwarf frog is known to eat a tetra every now and then...

Frogs will eat anything that fits in their mouth. Albeit snails are crunchy but so are some biscuits. If the snails disappeared, the frog could have eaten them.

Yeah...I checked the tank and they haven't escaped....they might either be hiding in the decorations or frog food.
