Wierd Squigly Line?

well found this wierd thing in my 29g that my roomate is using. he took some pictures and i told him i'd post at ID thread on it. what do you suppose this is?

I believe they are snail eggs. Can't remember exactly what kind.

EDIT: Does he have a cerith snail? They lay eggs in this pattern.

he has alot of little snails of some sort, not sure what kinda they are. they came from the live rock.

Most likely Cerith snail eggs

Yup, usually only takes a few days. The larvae however are almost always consumed by fish/inverts/filters

well these wont be hatching anytime soon. my roomate removed them out of panic lol. how he's hoping the snail lays some more. how often might this happen?

If theyre anything like most freshwater snails then it will be almost a monthly thing. If he wants to hatch them maybe place them in an aerated container of SW like if you were hatching brine.
