My Gourami keeps making this shape



Arching his back and flaring his fins at my Golden Gourami..is this his way of attracting her?
Any info would be helpful thanks.

He has nevr ever done it before and only ever dose is around my female.
He sort of wraps his body around her?

How sure are you the golden gourami is a female? If it's a male, it will be a dominance thing.

Well dorsal fin can be used, I normally just watched them, the males were aggressive and mine seemed to be a different colour.
