Why does the water look like this?

Idk why it looks like this. The only thing I could think of is maybe if I used too much Prime. The tank is about two months old. It didn't look like this before. I haven't done anything recently besides water changes.

looks like you’ve got some surface film/scum.

more surface turbulence can usually sort this out, even just running an airstone for a few hours a day can get rid of it.
 
I've had this before, just use a cup and slowly scoop the top off. Or if you want the easy effortless way buy a surface skimmer👍
 
Biofilm. It's from excess proteins/organics in the water combined with a lack of surface agitation. I would make sure that you're vacuuming up any waste or leftover food during water changes too. If you notice that you do have leftover food in the tank, then you may be overfeeding and might want to reduce the amount.
