Why Cloudy? No Cycling, No Nothing!

THANK YOU! Now in two weeks after the rigorous consideration and application of your advices my aquarium is finally crystal clean. As I understand, main improvement was achieved thanks to the use of UV sterilizer (AA Aquarium’s UV Sterilizer with Power Head from petsolutions). Also as you know, I added good DIY CO2 diffuser (giving now about 10 ppm CO2); Malaysian driftwood; and second HOB filter Aquaclear 30 - now I have 310 gph. All analyses are okay if zero concentration of nitrates and phosphates may be considered as a good one.

One important thing as a piece of experience after the cleaning of green water - mechanical filter pads should be nicely rinsed in dechlorinated water, since a lot of dead algea accumulate on those filters and start decaying.

Here is the final image of cleaned aquarium. Thanks again!
